What to Expect

Your free consultation will take approximately 20 minutes and will include a brief health assessment, diet analysis and nutritional recommendations. If we decide to work together, your next visit will last around 60 minutes and will include a comprehensive review of your health concerns. If herbal treatment is advised, 3-7 days will be needed to prepare your herbal formula. You will then need to set a follow-up appointment 5-7 days after starting your herbal treatment so we may observe your progress.
